This is fantastically moving, and so, so true. Beautiful work my friend!

Jennifer

Jennifer,
You remember when you were talking about different sources for prompts? Well this one came from a book filled with pictures to act as writing prompts. And though I'm not a poet by any stretch of the imagination, it did turn out to be one of my better attempts.

It's simple and beautiful, moving and inspiring, thank you.
(Read about you on Smoke and Mirrors, and when I saw the first lines on wordpress Tags, I remember heaving read your name somewhere. Should know by now that Michael knows what he is writing about, looking forward to coming back)

spas-per

thank you for visiting and reading. your comments are too kind - i am at best, a mediocre poet - though i try.

yes, my friend michael is quite something. i hope you will come back. look forward to it.
