E.U.? And to think I left for Japan!
Mind you, I do not complain: what better way to prove your individuality by immersing yourself in uniformity to better fight it?

Scary cartoon. Reminds me of a place I used to work where individuality was definitely NOT rewarded (yeah, they fired my ass). yes, i too have worked within the cubicle. bad for the morale.

From the cubicle: I do like this one….
Still not sure I get the haiku thing, reminder to self to research it more. Are you familiar with Adagio’s haikus? That’s where I first about this form of poetry.
Here’s a sample if you are interested: http://adagiosun.wordpress.com/2006/12/19/h64-fear-not/
yes, i suppose it is the dirth of the cubicle that this one speaks to. yes, i’ve been to adagio’s site a few times. she is talented to be sure. but i must say that my interest in haiku really is due to evyl. though i learned about it in high school i think - it wasn’t until recently i decided to try it. what inspired me was the poor abandoned roses my room mate was neglecting. from there it’s been non-stop almost. lol. i may need treatment soon if i don’t move on. sarah
