Dear Sarah,

I have experienced heartbreak, and I was always left with questions that were left unanswered. I just asked "why?" and left it at that.

Maybe I would love that leaving person more in her absence if she had told me why. The real why. Would it be that they don't want to know why or even think it because if they did they wouldn't have left me in the first place?

Felt,

Tom

tom, it sounds as though you have the answer to the question you posed. i think in retrospect though, that people often don't know why they do anything. And when asked a question like why? they truly don't have an answer.

thanks, as always for your thoughtful comments.
